Construction hoistelevatorlift gear rack
Rack and pinion drive test uses a dual- drive host , making
carrying capacity increased. Driver installed in the support frame
, the rail is equipped with a rack , by rolling on the rack gear ,
so that the lift up or down .
The rack is also divided straight teeth and helical gear rack rack,
respectively paired with spur gears and helical gears;tooth profile
rack is linear than involute(on tooth surface is flat),equivalent
to the pitch radius of infinite cylindrical gear.
( 1 ) Since the rack tooth profile is a straight line , so that
each point on the tooth profile with the same pressure angle , and
equal to the inclination angle of the tooth profile , this angle is
called pressure angle , standard value is 20 °.
( 2 ) either with an addendum line parallel with the same pitch on
a straight line and modulus .
( 3 ) parallel to the top line and the tooth thickness of the tooth
space width of the straight line is called equal dividing line (
neutral) , it is calculated the size of the rack baseline .
